Orders & payment
Prices are in rand and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed by Paystack; we never see or store your card details. A contract forms once payment is confirmed. If an item becomes unavailable after you pay, we refund you in full.
Delivery
Local stock ships in 1–3 working days by courier to the address you provide. Items marked "New Finds" ship from our international partner and show their delivery window on the product page. Delivery costs R99, free over R1 500.
Cooling-off, returns & warranty
- You may cancel an online order within 7 days of delivery (ECT Act s44). Return the item unused in its packaging; we refund within 30 days. You pay the return courier cost.
- Defective goods may be returned within 6 months for repair, replacement or refund (Consumer Protection Act s56).
- TP-Link, Tapo, Mercusys and VIGI products carry the manufacturer warranty shown on each product page.
Reviews
Only verified buyers can review. We publish every review, positive or negative, and remove only spam, abuse or personal information. Links to independent reviews (such as YouTube) go to third-party content we don't control.
Privacy (POPIA)
We collect your name, email, phone and delivery address only to deliver your order, send order updates and ask for a review. We share your delivery details with the supplier and courier who fulfil the order, and payment details go directly to Paystack. We use the Meta and TikTok pixels to measure which adverts lead to purchases. We don't sell your data. Ask us at support@lemonly.co.za to see, correct or delete your information.
